Personal football training is all about ‘1 to 1 ‘ , advice, guidance and motivation. The whole reason for your own football coach is to get the attention and training program that’s right for you.

The first step of the “1 to 1” program is to identify your needs. This can be done through a free assessment session(watching you in a match) which will identify your strengths and weaknesses based on your technical, tactical and physical attributes. Once your initial assessment is completed we will together draw up a list of aims and objectives which will then be used to create your own individual program.

‘1 to 1’ training is ideal for anyone who wishes to see the rapid progression and is passionate about playing football. These sessions are great for individual technique and physical work.

Whereas a beginner has a tremendous amount of room for improvement and may be able to do it rapidly, the advanced player must expect to improve over a longer period of time.

We Encourage Player Input

By allowing the players to become part of the goal-setting process,our coaches can make the goals more meaningful to them. The players could be asked how often they can practice either with the team or on their own, what they would consider a reasonable goal, how long it would take them to achieve their goal, etc.

The players must be taught that goals require focused, concentrated effort. Goals that require little effort can undermine the potential of their progress. It is essential to challenge the player(s), to make them feel they have worked for their success.

With the right preparation and application, ALL footballers can improve their performances and get more from their football.
